We're seeking a Service Coordinator to manage service and warranty issues for our client's innovative energy storage solutions. Your Duties:

This role centers on ensuring the energy storage solutions deliver on their promises and maintaining high customer satisfaction. You'll be the primary point of contact for service and warranty issues, acting fast to coordinate necessary work and problem-solve:

  • Handle all customer service requests and warranty claims efficiently and professionally

  • Ensure all required repairs and fixes for claims or contracts are completed quickly and on time

  • Maintain strong working relationships and customer satisfaction by delivering on contractual promises

  • Provide accurate reports that include tracking and estimating the costs for both service contracts and warranties

  • Collaborate with the quality team to recover costs from local and global suppliers (vendors) for faulty parts or work covered under their warranty

  • Oversee daily contract management and warranty activities, taking charge and leading the effort when necessary

About You:

You'll excel in this role if you possess:

  • Previous working experience in field service, warranty coordination, or relevant experience
  • Expertise in ESS knowledge, ESS Electrical systems, and ESS Control Systems (a distinct advantage)
  • Strong financial knowledge and cost-effectiveness thinking
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including efficient presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Understanding of Service and maintenance management and general service competencies
